Oxfordshire Libraries

Oxfordshire Libraries are still here and working hard to provide you with a wide choice of digital library services from the comfort of people’s homes. We are working hard on plans to adjust our libraries for when we are able to welcome our customers back. Rest assured we will not open libraries until it is safe to do so, based on the Government and Public Health England advice.
In the meantime online facilities are still available.
Go to www.libcat.oxfordshire.gov.uk and click ‘Join the Library’ and fill in your details.
We will email your account access details back to you within 1-2 working days
