There are two updates to the Charney Bassett Neighbourhood Plan web-page.
Following the previous report, I am pleased to say we have received the full report on the questionnaire from Oxfordshire Rural Community Council.
Your Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group is now discussing the results with the Parish Council and working on writing the plan.
Having said that, we will have two plans in one!
The Neighbourhood Plan will relate to the housing need and planning guide lines and the Community Led Plan will cover the other issues raised during the consultation processes.
The full report form ORCC is attached and the Steering Group would welcome any comments. The draft NP should be available in early January.
